Hi,

I am the Engineering Manager for our Engineering Design sites  worldwide.  We use RHEL5.x and
are very interested in using your Rudder application.

I have installed rudder 2.7.4 on a Debian 7 system and deployed 2.7.2 rudder-agents to the RHEL5.x nodes.

We have 60 nodes (test mode) reporting, but only 94% will complete the inventory process.  I am seeing
errors on the nodes such as:

Notably, the /var/rudder/tools does not populate on the node.

I have tried contacting the "Commercial Support" site, but it has not responded for several days.
I have posted on serverfault site.

Is there anyone that can offer some help or guidance on this great tool ?
