[rudder-users] Time zone setting isn't global

Hello Rob,

It clearly *does* sound like a bug. Or at least something sufficiently 
unexpected that we need to look at it (and if we really want to let the 
possibility to adjust timezone by user, well we will need a little bit 
more of explanation on the technique about that fact - and it should be 
an option).

So yes, please report it, it would be very kind of you.
