Dear Nicolas,
I am using the 2.3.8 Rudder version ( nightly generated ) with the template 2.0 version because version 2.1 raising an error when the rules a regenerated.

So that we can help you with this problem, we need to know which version of the 'enforce file content' policy template you are using. It seems related to a previous issue, solved in revision 2.1 of this Policy Template.
