So it seems to working now, but the template 2.1 does not working  other versions 1.0 and 2.0 are working.

I'm almost certain that this is related to the version not of Rudder, but of the Policy Template / Technique you are using.

Could you check for us? You can see this in the "Policy Instances" screen ("Directives" in 2.4), by clicking on the one(s) that are causing trouble, and checking out the "version used" on the right of the screen. You can see an example in this screenshot: http://www.rudder-project.org/images/rudder-screenshots/RudderPI1.png.

We fixed quite a lot of bugs in recent releases of the Rudder Technique library (the Policy Templates), could you please give us the version of Rudder you are currently using ?



You might also have two different versions of the policy template applied to the same node (which would break things because we do not currently enforce consistent versions)



By the way, We will be releasing the 2.3.7 version soon if you are willing to update.

I have got a strange behavior when I try to set two rules for "Enforce a file content", the server returns an error "configuration rule not applied at 2012-05-31 11:37". I click on details see below the informations:

   - Deployment error for process '30' at DATE

   - cannot write configuration node

   - error when preparing rules for agents

   - the generated promises are invalid



I will try to find why this issue is arriving but if you have any idea could you please give some feedbacks?
