[rudder-announce] [Release] Rudder 4.1.0~beta3 is out!

Dear Rudder community,

We are very proud to announce that we have just released a new version: 
Rudder 4.1.0~beta3.

The ChangeLog is available here: http://www.rudder-project.org/changelog-4.1

This software is in beta status and contains several new features but we 
have tested it and believe it to be free of any critical bugs.
The use on production systems is not encouraged at this time and is at 
your own risk. However, we do encourage testing, and welcome all and any 
feedback!

If you plan to use the shared-files feature from the relay API, we found 
bug 10184 <https://www.rudder-project.org/redmine/issues/10184> that 
prevent the usage of this feature. The workaround is to change the 
permission on file /var/rudder/shared-files to 770.
