As of 4.2.2, It's currently impossible to use some Rudder properties into ncf technique files are managed by logic from different files from /usr/share/ncf/tools (ncf.py, ncf_rudder.py, ncf_dsc.py) techniques. We want to move should change how the logic to generate those way techniques files from ncf are created to make it pass through Rudder to provide Rudder features inside the techniques (ie: properties translation to dsc, global parameters, inventory, js eval ...) logic. We should create a new API endpoint to manage ncf Techniques. First operation is to create a new technique from scratch and create its PS1 file for dsc if needed. Maybe the dsc logic should be done in the adequate plugin
