Description
To make pull requests more readable, we will commit generated .cf files that will replace the one from initial promises.
But since they are generated, they don't need to be committed into git.
So we must remove it once the work is done.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.0.0 which was released the 10th November 2016.
