Description

The existing package does not compile on Debian etch (due to a dependency on "quilt" that can not be satisfied)

It needs to be fixed (but it is not an urgent matter as we can use CFEngine AS packages for now.)

This is complicated to do - it involves working around the unavailability of quilt in Debian 4.

Our current decision is to not worry about Debian 4 - it is an old operating system now. If we really need to support Debian 4 one day, we'll work on it then.
