Description

When we run service rudder-jetty status, we have a lot of nice information on configurations of rudder-jetty, but it misses the point of telling if rudder-jetty is running :(

actually, when it is running it says

Jetty running pid=3019

but when it is not running, it fails to say so.

In 4.1, we have the exit code, saying if it's running (0) or not running (1)
with systemd, the message is quite clear on the output also, not so clear with init scripts

rejecting has we have the information
