cf-serverd reads update.cf

Description

cf-served.cf contains calls to server_info which is a bundle defined in update.cf
But those definitions are duplicated in bundle common def

What is the reason for this ?

It is probable that either cf-serverd shouldn't read update.cf or the duplication should be removed.

Note: and acl content is duplicated in the body server control from initial promises

This is historical; i seem to recall that it used to be that the definition were not exactly the same.
Indeed, there is no reason for such a duplication; unless we decide that cf-serverd should have its own subset of promises
