Description

I'm having problems with the userManagement technique checking if a user exists. On servers which authenticate to AD, the local user I want to add already exists in AD and Rudder does nothing.

This problem would be solved if

rudder did "grep <user> /etc/passwd"
rudder had the option "don't check if the user already exists"

At the moment I have to stop winbind, run rudder-agent and then start winbind again.

The only way i found to add local users who already exist in AD is to use luseradd instead of useradd. On RHEL this is installed by default, on Ubuntu you need to do "apt-get install libuser".
