Please extend development info pages???

Info about all the git hook interfaces, how and when they are accessed and what parameters are passed to them for the respective use cases.
Otherwise it's often impossible to trigger the right update into ldap or similar since one simply doesn't know. The reverse guess-engineering I did while trying to sync servers has been horrible.

I know this will be much less neccessary with 3.1 but basically in 2.x it's a requirement for writing addons to rudder and also: since the git is there and ready to be made use of, please help users trying to add on it.
