This is know to lead to bug. It should have been corrected in 2.10 along with #4242, but somehow pull request https://github.com/Normation/cf-clerk/pull/32 was not merged at the time.

François, can you please rename this ticket to explain what bug is fixed, by clarifying the impact on a user's work? This is not currently titled as a bug, but as internal development work.
