Bug #4879: rudder-agent RPM packages do not detect AIX properly in some cases

Description

check_rudder_agent scripts uses /etc/init.d/rudder-agent to start/stop processes, however it does not exist on AIX
We do have the following error messages:

WARNING: The file /var/rudder/cfengine-community/last_successful_inputs_update is older than 10 minutes, the agent is probably stuck. Purging the TokyoCabinet lock file... Done

WARNING: Too many instance of CFEngine processes running. Killing them, and purging the TokyoCabinet database.../opt/rudder/bin/check-rudder-agent[57]: /etc/init.d/rudder-agent:  not found<
