TokyoCabinet should be built by and provided by the RPM package on AIX.

Actually, I was mistaken: a TokyoCabinet package is available for AIX 5.3! See http://www.perzl.org/aix/index.php?n=Main.Tokyocabinet.

So, I'm going to revert this commit.
