The use of the button 'Archive everything' modify the files in the shared-files repository

Description
It seems that the commit related to the use of the 'Archive everything' modify the mode, the owner of files and replace symlinks by files. By example:
shared-files/file_src
shared-files/file_symlink (linked to ./file_src)
will give two independent files: file_src and file_symlink
I have to revert the archive commit to get back it all

I saw this on Rudder 2.6.8 but I suppose this could be made on 2.4
