The failsafe of the initial promises cannot update promises

Description

In the failsafe.cf within initial promises, the uuid cannot be read, so the promises cannot be updated via failsafe.cf (but they do via the promises.cf)
The cause is that g.uuid_file is not defined

         any::
                "uuid" string => readfile("$(g.uuid_file)", 60);
