Description

the cron file "/etc/cron.d/rudder-agent-uuid" is not launched by Cron on centos, because cron does not like the permission on that file.

we set 755 permissions on that file but cron refuse to launch an executable file.

setting this file perms to 644 make the cron works and restore UUID
