When saving a group without doing any modifications, we have the dreaded "server cannot be contacted at this time"

Description

With Rudder 2.6, when we try to save a group without doing any modification, we have the Server cannot be contacted at this time

How to reproduce :
Click on a group in the Groups page
Click on Save
An error message apears : The form contains some errors, please correct them. There is no modification to save
Then the popup appears

This bug occurs because we try to scroll to an id which does not exists.

The scroll fails in 2.4 too, but silently (no error popup)
