Description

Debug log when there is an automatic update of groups is not clear and should be changed

DEBUG com.normation.rudder.batch.UpdateDynamicGroups$LAUpdateDyngroupManager - 
              Group NodeGroupId(74bb4eb1-60f7-46a9-9ae6-30790efe668e): adding [ArrayBuffer()], removing 
              [ArrayBuffer()]

When there is no change nothing should be displayed instead of an empty arraybuffer
