Techniques not reloaded when upgrading rudder 2.5 to 2.6 on SLES11
A report on the common rule throw an error on 2.6 (not on 2.5)

Technique are successfuly updated in configuration-repository but the upgrade script didnt succeed to reload the technique library.

Looks like we will have to use the same trick we used on the inventory: use an external file and CFEngine (distributePolicy) to force a promise reload.
