User story #3231: Validation workflows for configuration related change request
Add the possibility to use workflow in Rudder
Description
Adding workflow to Rudder consists in :
Backend :
- Have change container entities in Rudder backend ( called change Request)
- Use a worklow system to move change between steps (built in Rudder for now, maybe linked to an external tool later)
- create the services to link them
- Persist those entities
- Have event log
- Have a user roles to handle those change request
Front end:
- Have pages to look for the Change requests
- Notification to alert the user that some changes are waiting
