Description

While there may be use cases for keeping user technique library out-of-sync with reference technique library, for those living on the edge :D it would be handy to have an optional auto-update or a button to sync.

Also, dragging a category from reference to active libraries doesn't work (e.g. when adding new category to reference lib).
