[Docs] Server installation section is quite messy

Description

The server installation section is a bit confusing: it goes into lots of detail about the odd cases (syslog on RHEL5, Java on debian 5...) which kind of hides the important steps of actually installing Rudder on a recent OS.

I'll work on a fix.
