(ex PT/ Technique)ManageFileAndFolder: Trying to set permissions to a file or a folder without owner AND group lead to a reporting error
Description
On Rudder 2.4.0~beta4, if I try to use ManageFileAndFolder to set permissions on a folder with only an owner or a group, it will lead to an error.
exemple, without group set:
Unable to male file belongto an unknown group -> Group of [...] was 0, setting to -1

I'm sorry Nicolas, but I tried to reproduce this with a lot of differents parameters, without reproducing the bug
This techniques has a lot of parameter, could you explain which are the parameters that cause the bug to happen ? (on a file, on a folder, recursively or not, etc)

I don't think that other parameters were used. It may be possible that the error is caused by the non existence of the owner or group (like the error message seems to explain)
