Description

There's no way to track an archive reports/ delete report in rudder,
we should add an event log displaying the action done and how many reports were archived/deleted.

We need to add events logs related to every kind of actions.
  • Manual delete reports.
  • Manual archive reports.
  • Automatic archive reports.
  • Automatic delete reports.

all of them should display when the action started, when it ended and how many reports where concerned.

I'm not sure that that ticket is really related to #2997 user story, because if I understand correctly, for now, there is no event log even for manual cleaning.
So it seems to make sense to:

- have an user story to automatize DB cleaning (#2997)
- have an user story (or should that be a bug ?) to add missing event-logs, for both manual and automatic cleaning.

On the other hand, if that ticket is really a subtask of #2997, then it should be dealt with quickly, as for now it blocks the "completed" status of that feature.

When beginning #2997, I thought it would be interesting to track archive/suppress events with event logs, so i linked it to #2997.

But, as you suggested, it would be better to have another user story to add those events, and the db cleaning feature won't be blocked by it.
