Description
If I delete a Technique from the Techniques screen, no event log appears for this change! This is the same when we disable a Technique.
There should be a Delete/Disable event, same as everywhere else in the application.

With 2548cf7ae63ffcf956b4fa3dff4dde8112487bc8, there is now a event log when a technique is disable/enable.
