(ex PT/ Technique) Sudo Utility Configuration: Enhance comments , varaiables relevance and classes for reporting

Some classes are named like "sudoers_tmp_ok", "sudoers_kept" and "temp_sudoers_kept" which aren't relevant to understand what it is about. Furthermore, these names are so general that collisions with others techniques is highly probable.

This issue seems to be too generic.Besides, a commit has been made and need a technical review.
What should we do about it ? revert and reject this bug ? validate and close the bug ?

The commit fixes some of the problems, and I've reviewed it, it's fine.
No need to keep the ticket open otherwise, as you say it's too vast.
