Description

Is it possible to have a page with some dynamics groups examples like how to set a group based on IP address ?

i.e. :
10\.12\.2\..*

I think you have examples which would be useful for beginner.

François, I must have missed this bug, sorry.

Do you think these examples should go in the user documentation? Or in the WebUI? Or both maybe?

I think webui tips are very not useful, the tips stay visible during too short time and you cannot make an easy copy/paste; so if the choise is just documentation or webUI I will suggest documentation.

Those are the current choices, yes. Were you thinking of something else?

my opinion is this documentation is a technical view for installation and basic usage overview, but it's not user's documentation (user = technical staff and not a salesman), so may be you plan to develop this documentation or split it to more small section with more specific information. Another solution could be to try to use another tools where the aim is more collaborative spirit to make easy exchange between "users" (expert or beginner) like a wiki; I'm not a Redmine expert but I think it's possible ( and in my memory this option sucks in Redmine but it's another problem :) )
