Add a REST URL to check endpoint status

Description

We need to be able to know if the endpoint is alive, so we want to have an URL to GET for that.

URL: /api/status

Return on success: plain text response that contain the text: OK, with a 200 status OK.
Anyhting else should be considered as an error.
