Description

The Configuration rule settings is quite disappointing at first view : there is nothing that makes clear that you have to click on the elements you want to select to apply in the rule.

I believe adding checkboxes at the side of the selectable elements would make more clear that they are selectable.

Moreover, the color of selected elements (light blue) has not enough contrast as compared to unselected elements.

I believe we should have a stronger contrast between selected and unselected items.

This is "Step 1" : add a text phrase like "click on policy instance and groups to select them".
