This parameter is only used on the windows agent and should not be mandatory when using the generic method.

In ncf we are forcing the cfengine "compare" promise of the bundle "copy_from" to digest in this generic method. Digest is an alias to hash and is hardcoded by cfengine.

If we want to support other modification check type (like last modification) we should create differents generic methods with a new parameter "compare method".
