this issue is part of the api v1 deprecated process.

this set of enpoints:

- api/archives/{list, archive, restore, zip}/…

will evolve to:

/rudder/api/latest/system/archives/{list, restore, etc}
/rudder/api/latest/system/archives/groups/{list, restore, etc}
/rudder/api/latest/system/archives/directives/{list, restore, etc}
/rudder/api/latest/system/archives/rules/{list, restore, etc}
