Redmine Bug #24620 (Pending release): Add a warning in "rudder agent info" when cf-execd is stoppedhttps://issues.rudder.io/issues/246202024-03-28T16:54:26ZAlexis Moussetalexis.mousset@rudder.ioBug #24613 (New): Enabling directive modal has margin between table and change loghttps://issues.rudder.io/issues/246132024-03-28T11:35:47ZClark ANDRIANASOLO

When disabling or enabling a directive, it shows a table with the directive to be disabled/enabled, and below it the change log section, but there is no space between the table and the section :

Should the table with a single directive be even put there ?
Bug #24548 (Pending release): Tags displayed in directive form are broken https://issues.rudder.io/issues/245482024-03-20T14:11:53ZVincent MEMBRÉvme@rudder.io

SInce update to bootstrap 5 i think don't look as they should! (you should also probably look in rule form, and search form)

Deleting a role in user management page when a new unsaved role is present saves the config and does not remove the role.
Bug #24359 (Pending release): Typo in rudder-sign openssl 3 signing regexhttps://issues.rudder.io/issues/243592024-03-06T13:24:10ZElaad FURREEDAN

Missing
.*
at the beginning of the regex, it should be

`HASH_VALUE=`openssl "${HASH}" "${FILE}" | sed "s/.*(.*)= \\(.*\\)/\\1/"``
in
/opt/rudder/bin/rudder-sign

It should resolve the problem of HTTP error on Debian 12 with method shared from node that have this error on agent report :

E| error test_shared_file Sharedfile to node toto Unable to contact HTTP server on https://server/rudder/relay-api/shared-files/9c9ea5fc-59e0-4859-8700-20735bcdc23a/c296c69e-0d48-49af-a646-fb3906c8afeb/toto from sharedfile_to_node could not be repaired

To validated that the fix is working :

verify that the bin
/opt/rudder/bin/rudder-sign
contains the change

apply the linked technique with

One node Debian12 -> it is the node from which you want to share to file, so have a test file and adapt the technique with his ID in method shared from node

Another node, on any OS (adapt the ID on the given technique)

On the dashboard, when clicking on an agent version on the "By agent version" graph, it creates a search query that displays corresponding nodes.

It mostly works but I have a case where it produces an empty search result, instead of showing the corresponding node.

See attached captures.
Bug #24321 (Pending technical review): Fusion inventory fails to report software with exotic nameshttps://issues.rudder.io/issues/243212024-03-05T14:22:30ZBenoît PECCATTEbenoit.peccatte@rudder.ioBug #24320 (Pending release): rudder-sign fails on some machines with openssl 3https://issues.rudder.io/issues/243202024-03-05T13:14:31ZBenoît PECCATTEbenoit.peccatte@rudder.io

This can lead to inventory failure or share_file_to_node failure
Bug #24284 (Pending release): Log on user api authorizations should be more concisehttps://issues.rudder.io/issues/242842024-02-28T14:41:18ZClark ANDRIANASOLO

On login, we have a DEBUG log in auth-backends :

[2024-02-14 13:32:26+0100] DEBUG auth-backends - Principal 'testuser' final roles: [administrator], and API authz: ACL(List(ApiAclElement(Root(List()),HashSet(HEAD, PUT, GET, POST, DELETE))))

but when we actually have to debug it, the last part (API authz) is hardly readable.

We want a prettier display instead, e.g.
/:[HEAD,GET,PUT,POST,DELETE]
in this case

Bug #24282 (Pending release): Display user roles on hover of user profilehttps://issues.rudder.io/issues/242822024-02-28T11:34:03ZClark ANDRIANASOLO

And even in a same technique, the info is redundant as written in plain text by default AND in a tooltip inside the version selection table.

We should document the multi instance property in the embedded documentation of Rudder, remove every definition from the directive page and make the words "Multi-instance" and "Mono-Instance" links to the embedded documentation.
Bug #23657 (Pending release): Compiler warnings should prevent buildhttps://issues.rudder.io/issues/236572023-10-26T09:30:33ZClark ANDRIANASOLO

The compiler allows non-exhaustive pattern matching, this should be disallowed and it should fail when building rudder
