The program name changed from rudder to cf-agent, which breaks log forwarding.

This happens because of https://tracker.mender.io/browse/CFE-2225.
We can:
- Revert the patch to keep previous behavior in rudder agent (but break reporting compatibility with vanilla CFEngine)
- allow cf-agent as log prefix in Rudder
