Add support for distributed server setup to plugin

Description

We cannot install the plugin in a distributed setup for several reasons:

postgresql server may not be installed (not a dependency)
    advancedReports database should installed locally ? or should it use the distributed database?
    If local we should imports all our psql setup from rudder-reports
    if distibuted, it should connect to the distant database ... and initialize it too
