Hi,
I wanna propose that rudder-cli and jq are bundled with the rudder server packages, as with some other tools like the metrics reporting script.
Though rudder-cli is more like a "shell-binding" than really a CLI, so maybe the idea can be generalized:
Please include the available bindings with the rudder packages, and in case of shell, also the supporting utility jq.
I saw the ticket to include them in the training VMs, you could also pre-configure them for the rudder-vagrant package so it'll work out of the box for anyone testing rudder.

- rudder-cli is included as a server dependency since 6.0
- jq is bundled with the agent sarting from 6.1
