rudder-agent should trigger a new inventory after upgrade

Description
Once you've upgraded rudder-agent on all nodes, you usually want to see the new version in your Rudder inventory. We should trigger an inventory after the package upgrade, so that the Rudder server gets this information ASAP.
I consider this to be a bug - Rudder should know it's own version!
