Description

Sometimes, there is a difference between the global compliance details in the Rudder home page dashboard and the rule screen.

This is because in dashboard we count system rules, and not in the rule screen.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 3.0.6 and 3.1.0~rc1 which were released on the 16th June 2015.
