Description

When creating a directive with " Package management for RHEL / CentOS / SuSE / RPM systems version 6.1" technique, from:

Root of active techniques's library > Application management > Package management for RHEL / CentOS / SuSE / RPM systems

and set the "Action to perform on this package" to "Install only (don't update)" the directive install the package each time rudder-agent run on the node, so the compliance status is always set to "Repaired"

OS: centos6.6 (fresh install)
kernel: 2.6.32-504.el6.x86_64
