Description

One part of that ticket is to rework the UI part of the compliance.

For that, we are going to try to use Twitter Bootstrap in Rudder WITHOUT breaking everything.

See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25552144/add-bootstrap-js-css-in-a-subparty-of-a-page-or-use-a-global-no-conflic-or-names for the technical implication of adding it.
