Description

Hi,

The "Last seen" time column in the webui seems to use a non-deterministic timezone/offset calculation.

date -R:
rudderweb: Wed, 02 Jul 2014 11:31:58 -0400
node1: Wed, 02 Jul 2014 11:31:58 +0000
node2: Wed, 02 Jul 2014 14:31:58 +0000

Last seen:
rudderweb: 2014-07-02 11:24 -> ok
node1: 2014-07-02 11:24 -> ok
node2: 2014-07-02 10:24 -> mmmuh?

Rudderweb and node1 are fine, the last seen date is the server date. For node2 it is a bit weird, like the time of the player (14h) plus the TZ offset (-4h). This is a bit misleading because it would seem that node2 has not contacted the policy server for 1 hour.

Thanks.

Obviously, one should read:
date -R:
node1: Wed, 02 Jul 2014 15:31:58 +0000

(sorry for the typo)

Feel free to close, local brain issue (wrong time on the server).
