Description
Due to legacy leftovers from early Rudder packages, we do not have consistent maintainer entries in them. We should normalize them with:
Maintainer: Rudder packaging team <rudder-packaging@normation.com>
(same goes for the SPECs)

Great idea, but we should use a generic address @rudder-project.org. This must not be tied uniquely to Normation.
