Link Event logs to the change request that generate them

Description

When deploying a change request some events are generated (Rule xx modified, group yy delete...)

But there is no way to link that event log to the chnage request. (except looking for every change requests and find the one about that change)

A line in the event log details should be added to show which change request has generate that event log
