Description
The base.url parameter of rudder-web.properties is not necessary anymore, we should avoid setting it in the rudder-init.sh script. (It will ease the VM usage in Vagrant too !)

Well, damn firefox. This parameter is still necessary and moreover Rudder breaks without it. I will revert this.

Indeed we should, it didn't work and the commit was reverted, so this is no longer applicable.
