in the advanced usage section, we make a listing of all configuration files.
4_advanced_usage/etc -> configuration files for the server 4_advanced_usage/node_etc -> configuration files for the agent
it would be a nice feature to ensure latest version of these files are fetched from git repository at build time.
Maybe one unique git pull would be enough to do #1621 at the same time.
