Description
The packaging of the RPM flavor of rudder-inventory-endpoint is not working anymore because of a failed configuration path :
The inventory-web.properties file has been set as a configuration path with a variable in the name, but the variable is not expanded the way we want it : it should be hardcoded.

This was also the case on the 2.3 branch, so I backported the fix. This is related to #2269.
