Description

As we have some time to test it and may expect a Lift 2.4 final really soon, almost the same as Lift 2.4-M5, we should try to upgrade to that milestone.

Moreover, it will allows to use Scala 2.9.1 which brings a much faster compiler than 2.9.0.

In fact, there is a bunch of other library version to update/rationnalize:

  • there is a least three different commons-io version
  • rudder version is duplicated in lot of place
  • scala version parameter is not always used
  • joda time may be updated to 2.0
  • commons-io to 2.1
  • slf4j to 1.6.4
  • specs2 to 1.6.1
  • spring version to 3.0.6
  • cglib to 2.2.2
  • commons-lang to 2.6

Be careful, JodaTime "new DateTime()" was removed and is replaced by "DateTime.now"
