This happens because we now download prebuilt jars, without substituted version and date strings.

François, what would be the best option to achieve version substitution in html while building with maven?

I propose a solution in the attached pull request. It is surprisingly working without wiping-out other template-hidden nor the whole src/main/webapp directory. Perhaps I did too much maven and I'm starting to thing accordingly to its warped logic.
