I fear that the priority level is not what you think it is. It is not an ordering on directive based on different technique. It is ONLY a disambiguation in the case where, for a given node, for a given Technique labeled "UNIQUE", there exists two applied Directives,
to know which one to take. <br>

The canonical example is a DNS server configuration: there should be only one Directive configuring the DNS for a given node, but if two directives with that goal are applied to a node, we need to choose only one. So we rely on the priority for that (and if
all directives have the same priority, we just take one at random - certainly not what you want).
